Programme Budget 2027
Section Repository

A navigable evidence base for the proposed 2027 programme budget. The overview highlights resource movements and proposed post actions across all supplied sections; individual records present the financial request, post structure, requested changes and traceable source references.

Source tables retain the official unit — thousands of United States dollars. Dashboard cards use compact m/k labels for readability; no value is inferred where its source table was not supplied or cannot be cleanly verified.

Decision dashboard

What the current set of supplied section proposals is asking for — and where resource and post movements are concentrated.

Geneva: key cross-section changes

Direct operational effects, not a list of every Geneva-based entity.

  • Administration, Geneva · Section 29E

Six posts are proposed to be redeployed in to establish the Geneva common administrative platform; one ICT post is functionally reassigned.

  • Legal affairs · Section 8

Three posts from the IIIM are identified as redeploying into the Geneva platform, while section 8 also requests nine new posts in subprogramme 4.

  • Human rights · Section 24

The proposal includes Geneva posts (two P-3 establishments; one P-3 conversion; one P-3 relocation) and two posts contributing to the Geneva platform.

  • Safety and security · Section 34

One GS (OL) is identified for redeployment to Administration, Geneva within the common administrative platform movement.

How to read the repository

Each record provides a readable decision summary first, followed by tables converted from the source overview pages. Every displayed figure and post action carries its PDF/table-page reference; the original layout-preserving extracted source text remains accessible under Source evidence.

The duty-station comparison is intentionally separated from this dashboard. It now uses the supplied Administration, Geneva (29E), Administration, Vienna (29F) and Administration, Nairobi (29D) source reports. Capital-expenditure lines are tracked separately under section 33.

Source coverage & unit audit
All currently listed budget and income records are now source-backed. Section 1 uses a dedicated portfolio drill-down because the report consolidates multiple policymaking organs, duty-station offices and system-wide entities in a single section.

Duty stations

Separate cross-location view. Administration-section comparisons use only the source PDFs loaded for each location.

The duty-station comparison uses the administration sections only: 29E Geneva, 29F Vienna and 29D Nairobi. Entity sections located in those duty stations are listed separately in the main repository.
